VacaCha is a subsidiary of Vermeer Real Estate and soon offering “Black Bear Lookout”, a short-term rental property located in Sevierville Tennessee. Founded in 2025 and dedicated to our children (and guests) as a place to rest, rewind, and enjoy life. A place to look out and to always “look up”.
